Welcome to Stamford Lane United Church
Whether you are new to the area, seeking a church home, returning to faith, or exploring for the first time,
we would be happy to have you.
We at Stamford Lane are a growing faith community which is inclusive, creative, compassionate, action oriented
and accessible to everyone.
We are a warm and caring congregation where families and everyone feel at home.
Our worship services are inspiring, engaging, spiritually uplifting and offer something for everyone, no matter where you are on your faith journey
Our Minister leads worship in coordination with our Music Director, offering a variety of styles of old and new music.
Music is extremely important to worship and building community.
We annually meet our M&S goal and have a sustainable local community outreach program supporting those struggling to address food insecurity, domestic violence, mental health and clothing shortages.
We are on a path to growth with the support of a team-oriented Council and congregation.

IN-TOUCH
An active pastoral care group in this congregation works hard to keep the congregation connected. A wonderful lunch is held by the In Touch committee a few times a year for you to meet the people with whom you worship with.
This group also calls, sends cards and visits those unable to come to worship as well as those who we are praying for and with each week. Please call the office if you know of someone who needs pastoral care with the minister or the In-touch Committee.
WALK WITH US
We are pleased to have a dedicated group of walkers that gather in the gym and through the halls every Monday and Thursday at 10:00 a.m.
Each session starts with some guided warm up exercises.
You can join anytime.
QUILT AND SEW WITH US
Quilt with friends on Mondays at the church and sew on Friday!
Friday Morning there is an opportunity to work on your sewing skills while giving to the wider world.
The sewers gather and bring lunch while working on mission projects together.
You are always welcome!
